Bitterness is like swallowing poison and hoping that the other person will die.

Forgiveness is the route to freedom.

So true. My Grandfather always uesd to say, You can forgive, but never forget. To forgive someone can be really really hard sometimes, it’s easier to be bitter towards someone who has really wronged you than to forgive them. Very thought-provoking post.
